Protein is an essential element within human body for the growth and repair of cells [1]. It is responsible for the structure, function, and regulation of cells, tissues, and organs. It is produced by the instructions provided by the gene. By examining proteins, researchers can identify homology, phylogeny, domains, interaction networks, and post-translational modification related to the target genes or protein. Thus, further study can be conducted regarding the finding related to the protein.
